Kitchen & Laundry Technician

About the role

As a Kitchen & Laundry Technician at Hilton, you will ensure the hotel’s kitchen, refrigeration and laundry areas operate safely and efficiently, contributing directly to memorable guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out all maintenance work according to preventive‑maintenance (PPM) job cards.
• Monitor and maintain main gas tank levels and perform routine inspections.
• Install new equipment when required.
• Maintain kitchen, refrigeration and laundry equipment to maximise efficiency.
• Record walk‑in freezer temperatures in compliance with municipal regulations.
• Keep kitchen mechanical rooms clean and orderly.
• Perform any other reasonable duties as assigned, adapting to changing hotel needs.
