Lifestyle Bartender

About the role

The Lifestyle Bartender creates memorable, unique beverage experiences for guests at The St. Regis Residence. You will combine classic bartending skills with a keen eye for emerging trends and a strong focus on overall guest service.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a wide range of cocktails, mocktails and other beverages while maintaining high quality standards.
• Stay informed about new drink trends, micro‑local offerings and guest preferences to continuously refresh the bar menu.
• Act as the host of the bar area, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere and attentive service throughout the guest journey.
• Collaborate with hotel teams and community partners to anticipate and fulfill guest needs beyond the bar.
• Maintain a safe, clean and well‑organized work environment, adhering to company policies, confidentiality standards and professional appearance.
• Perform physical duties such as standing for extended periods, lifting objects up to 25 lb, and moving around the bar area as required.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• At least one year of experience in a bar, lounge or beverage‑service setting.
• No supervisory experience required.
