Manager Business & Infrastructure Development

About the role

The Manager Business & Infrastructure Development will lead the planning, development, and delivery of strategic business and infrastructure initiatives that support operational excellence and long‑term growth. This role is responsible for business case development, feasibility assessments, capital investment planning, and project governance, ensuring alignment with organisational strategy and customer needs.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, assess, develop and implement new business opportunities, services and strategic initiatives.
• Develop and execute strategic and tactical infrastructure development plans to enhance operational capabilities.
• Conduct market, operational and feasibility assessments; prepare business cases and financial assessments.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to define operational, technology, regulatory and resource requirements.
• Lead workstreams for approved initiatives, monitor implementation progress and benefits realization.
• Plan, execute and close projects, managing budgets, timelines and quality control.
• Provide structured project documentation, progress reports and risk mitigation strategies.

Required profile

• Proven experience in leading large‑scale business and infrastructure projects within cargo, airport or logistics environments.
• Strong background in business case development, financial modelling and capital investment planning.
• Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholder relationships and cross‑functional teams.
• Experience in risk management and implementing mitigation plans.
