Manager Finance Transformation

About the role

The Manager Finance Transformation leads the redesign of 2-3 finance processes (such as Procure to Pay, Record to Report, Sales to Cash, Direct Operating Costs, FP&A, Treasury, GRC and Tax) through innovative technology solutions. As a subject matter expert and key member of the leadership team, the role drives change initiatives that improve operational excellence, efficiency and strategic alignment with organisational goals.

Key responsibilities

• Shape and execute the finance transformation strategy and help define the Finance Target Operating Model with the Head of Finance Transformation and Project Director
• Lead, scope, design, build, test and manage finance transformation projects, including resource allocation and budget, and integrate acquired businesses into the Group's financial systems
• Own the business process designs for assigned finance streams, document current processes and identify automation and standardisation opportunities
• Lead change management, training, knowledge transfer, business cut-over and post-Golive support
• Partner with the Group Digital workstream, manage project economics, risks, change requests and stakeholder expectations
• Manage data migration, clean up and governance, and support automated consolidated financial reporting
• Collaborate with ERP and non-ERP teams, prepare progress reports for Steering and Executive Committees and meet performance KPIs

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with a minimum of 8 years of job-related experience
• 8+ years in business transformation and ERP implementation (Oracle/SAP)
• 4+ years in process improvement, operational excellence or a related field
• 4+ years managing operational finance areas such as Procure to Pay, Record to Report, Sales to Cash, FP&A, Treasury, GRC and Tax
• Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional process improvement projects
