About the role

As the Manager of Food & Beverage Planning & Development, you will lead the end‑to‑end planning, development and governance of Qatar Airways' onboard F&B portfolio, overseeing roughly 700 SKUs with an annual inventory value of USD 110 million. You will ensure service availability, cost efficiency, operational feasibility and alignment with brand standards while driving a premium wine and spirits programme.

Key responsibilities

• Establish an optimized inventory framework that balances availability, cost efficiency and SKU complexity.
• Build and govern a forward‑looking tender pipeline, ensuring timely sourcing and clear specifications.
• Strengthen the end‑to‑end supply‑chain model from sourcing through onboard delivery across global operations.
• Lead inventory governance across key categories, managing a USD 110 M portfolio, SKU optimisation and stock ageing control.
• Oversee the full tender lifecycle, from planning and specifications to supplier alignment and contract execution.
• Manage the end‑to‑end supply chain, including sourcing strategies, logistics flows and catering operations.
• Mitigate supply risks and ensure continuity of supply across all regions.
• Drive continuous enhancement of the F&B portfolio, including the wine & spirits programme.

Required profile

• Proven experience in food & beverage planning, inventory management and supply‑chain governance.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to balance cost, availability and brand standards.
• Leadership capability to develop high‑performing supplier ecosystems.
• Excellent stakeholder management across global operations.
