Marble Polishing Supervisor

About the role

Tivoli Hotels & Resorts is seeking an experienced Marble Polishing Supervisor to lead a dedicated team responsible for marble grinding, polishing, and crystallization across its properties. You will ensure that all marble surfaces meet the brand's high aesthetic and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, supervise and schedule a team of workers in marble polishing and crystallization processes.
• Assign tasks, monitor progress and guarantee completion to high standards.
• Inspect finished pieces, compare them to templates, measure dimensions and test them in machinery.
• Provide training, support and continuous skill development for team members.
• Conduct regular quality inspections of materials, processes and finished products, addressing issues promptly.
• Plan production schedules to meet project deadlines and maintain accurate inventory and equipment records.
• Ensure all equipment is maintained, serviced and compliant with safety regulations.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification is a plus.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, including supervisory or leadership responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of marble types, qualities and processing techniques.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and follow safety best practices.
