Marketing Executive – F&B

About the role

An established GCC-based group operating a diverse portfolio of businesses in the food and beverage and hospitality sector is hiring a full-time Marketing Executive in Doha, Qatar. The salary depends on experience and qualifications.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns and brand activations to increase restaurant visibility, customer engagement, footfall and brand awareness.
• Coordinate promotional activities, events and marketing materials, working closely with restaurant operations, creative agencies, vendors and management.
• Support digital marketing and brand communication, including social media campaigns, website updates and promotional content.
• Monitor campaign performance, customer feedback and competitor activity, keep marketing records and CRM information, and suggest improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• At least 2 years of marketing experience in the F&B industry, advertising agencies or restaurant groups; hotel operations experience alone is not preferred.
• Hands-on experience planning and running marketing campaigns, promotional events and brand activations.
• Fluent written and spoken Arabic and English, with strong communication, organizational, interpersonal and creative-thinking skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital marketing is preferred.
