Medical Sales Representative – Ophthalmology (Qatar & Oman)

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic, results‑driven Medical Sales Representative specializing in ophthalmology to grow our business across Qatar and Oman. This field‑based position involves frequent travel, building strong relationships with ophthalmologists, clinics, and hospitals, and delivering value to healthcare professionals and patients.

Key responsibilities

• Execute marketing plans, introduce new products, and support existing product lines.
• Stay updated on industry trends, scientific developments, and market changes; share relevant clinical studies with customers.
• Conduct product training sessions for physicians, nurses, and clinic staff.
• Promote and sell the full ophthalmology portfolio, achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Make a minimum of 15 quality sales calls per day, engaging in scientific discussions and business development.
• Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, presentations, quotations, negotiations, order collection, and follow‑up.
• Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and promotional offers.
• Maintain accurate customer records, develop monthly territory plans, and submit daily activity reports.
