About the role
The Merchandiser will ensure that Napco National’s products are properly displayed and priced across retail points of sale in Doha. The role involves maintaining shelf standards, monitoring competitor activity, and supporting sales initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Install POS materials and ensure shelves are free of damaged or dirty packaging.
- Report competitor movements to the merchandising unit head.
- Maintain correct shelf pricing and ensure all product sizes and packings are present.
- Implement sales plano‑grams and uphold shelf rent agreements.
- Conduct monthly inventory of POS locations.
Required profile
- Minimum high school diploma.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in merchandising or a related field.
Required skills
