职位概况
负责Doha Salwa Road餐厅及酒吧的日常运营，监督菜单规划、卫生标准及高峰时段的前台服务，提升客员满意度并实现财务目标。
主要职责
- 全面管理餐厅、酒吧及客房服务的运营。
- 确保服务与卫生符合标准，合理安排人员排班。
- 培训、指导并激励团队，提升工作效率。
- 监督财务表现，推动业务决策。
- 遵守当地食品、酒类及劳动法规。
任职要求
- 高中毕业或同等学历，拥有4年餐饮相关工作经验，或拥有2年制相关专业学位并具备2年工作经验。
- 具备餐饮运营管理、团队领导及客户服务经验。
- 能够在高峰时段亲自参与前台服务。
必备技能
- 熟悉食品安全与卫生规范。
- 了解当地酒类法律法规。
