About the role
The Bartender will prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages to guests at Rixos Premium Qetaifan Island North. This role requires a friendly, professional attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment while delivering excellent guest experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and serve drinks according to recipes and guest requests.
- Interact with guests, provide recommendations and answer menu questions.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
- Monitor inventory, restock supplies and report shortages.
- Follow health, safety and sanitation regulations.
- Assist team members with food service and special events as needed.
Required profile
- Previous bartending experience preferred.
- Knowledge of classic and modern cocktail recipes.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
- Strong guest service and communication skills.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items.
- Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays.
