About the role
The Night Shift Team Leader (Front Office) ensures smooth guest experiences during overnight hours, guiding guests through check‑in, check‑out and all service interactions. This role is part of Marriott’s Guest Experience Experts who are empowered to handle operational needs and guest requests.
Key responsibilities
- Process guest check‑ins, check‑outs and handle operational transactions.
- Address guest requests, complete reports and share local area highlights.
- Maintain a safe workplace, follow company policies, protect assets and uphold quality standards.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- No prior related work or supervisory experience required.
Required skills
- Ability to stand, sit or walk for extended periods.
- Capability to lift, carry, push or pull objects up to 10 pounds without assistance.
