About the role
Support the Operations Manager/Director in managing the relationship with the Chinese automotive OEM and monitoring key business and operational activities for the passenger‑vehicle business. Act as a liaison between the OEM and internal Sales, Aftersales, Marketing, Finance and Operations teams.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate OEM relationship and ensure effective communication across departments.
- Conduct business and market analysis to support decision‑making.
- Assist in product and business development initiatives.
- Provide aftersales and operational support as needed.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Automotive, Engineering, Supply Chain or related field.
- 3 to 7 years of experience, preferably within a Chinese automotive OEM, distributor or passenger‑vehicle business.
- Professional/native level Chinese Mandarin and excellent English communication skills.
- Strong analytical, commercial mindset and willingness to develop into a management role.
