职位概况

负责酒店食品饮料及相关物资的采购、库存管理和成本控制，确保供应链高效运作并符合卫生安全标准。

主要职责

管理跨部门采购项目，制定并执行采购政策和标准。
根据业务需求订购食品、饮料及可控项目，协助行政总厨控制成本。
执行先入先出库存轮换，保持库存最低水平并确保安全。
核对发票、检查货物质量，使用系统进行成本核算和库存盘点。
与供应商、厨房及餐厅管理层沟通，确保交货及时满足生产需求。

任职要求

财务会计或相关专业四年制学士学位。
具备跨部门协作、项目管理及报告撰写能力。
熟悉食品饮料采购流程及卫生安全规范。
能够使用电脑系统进行数据处理和成本计算。
