职位概况
作为宾客体验专员，您将在艾美酒店为客人提供全程贴心服务，确保入住、在住及离店的每个环节都留下难忘印象。此岗位要求主动、灵活，能够在现场快速响应客人需求。
主要职责
- 处理客人入住、退房及房间调度等运营需求。
- 及时响应并满足客人的各类请求与投诉。
- 完成每日工作报告，记录服务亮点与改进点。
- 向客人介绍当地文化与旅游资源，提升其旅行体验。
任职要求
- 高中或同等学历（G.E.D.）以上。
- 无需相关工作经验，接受应届毕业生。
- 具备良好的沟通能力和服务意识。
- 能够在现场站立、行走并搬运重量不超过10磅的物品。
必备技能
- 具备基本的客务服务流程认知。
- 能够遵守公司政策、保密规定及安全操作规范。
