Offshore Construction Supervisor – Oil & Gas

About the role

The Offshore Construction Supervisor supports the Al‑Shaheen field production plan by ensuring all offshore construction activities are executed safely, on schedule and within budget. The role is based offshore on rotating 28‑day shifts and reports to the Construction Department.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate up to 60 contracted supervisors, foremen and multi‑skilled technicians across multiple offshore locations.
• Plan and secure resources, equipment, tools and consumables required for construction works.
• Maintain daily communication with on‑shore coordinators, provide progress reports and promptly escalate any blockers.
• Ensure compliance with NOC health, safety and environmental policies, conduct safety tours and manage permits to work.
• Collaborate with QA, engineering and HSE teams to verify constructability, quality and risk assessments.
• Deliver construction activities with zero punch items and within the defined budget.

Required profile

• International certificate or high diploma/degree in a related engineering field.
• Offshore safety certifications (BOSIET, H2S, T‑BOSIET).
• Minimum 15 years of offshore oil & gas experience, including campaign/shutdown management.
• Familiarity with planning software such as Primavera P6 or MS Project.
