Operations Manager

About the role

The Operations Manager will support the successful execution of all hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, and engineering. Reporting to senior management, the role focuses on enhancing guest and employee satisfaction while driving financial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the operations team, translating goals into daily actions that improve guest tracking and productivity.
• Oversee property‑specific recovery plans, publish guest satisfaction results, and address employee concerns proactively.
• Provide excellent customer service, respond promptly to guest issues, and ensure all team members meet hospitality standards.
• Review financial statements and activity reports to identify cost‑reduction opportunities and improve profitability.
• Conduct HR activities such as interviewing, hiring decisions, and thorough orientation for new staff.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED with at least four years of experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or a related area, OR a two‑year degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field with at least two years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team while maintaining high standards of service and operational efficiency.
