Oracle Functional Consultant

About the role

The Oracle Functional Consultant will lead go‑live readiness and drive user adoption for Oracle Primavera Unifier implementations. The role covers rollout planning, bilingual training delivery, user documentation, and post‑go‑live hypercare to ensure the system is actively used.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute rollout activities including cut‑over plans, go‑live checklists and phased deployments by department or programme.
• Conduct training needs analysis, design role‑based curricula and deliver classroom, hands‑on and virtual sessions in Arabic and English, including train‑the‑trainer for super users.
• Create bilingual training materials such as user manuals, quick reference guides, job aids and short video walkthroughs.
• Support UAT, log and triage defects, and provide go‑live and hypercare support through floor walking, help‑desk channels and issue resolution tracking.
• Perform functional administration tasks – user onboarding, role and permission updates, shell creation and routine data maintenance.
• Track adoption KPIs (logins, BP volumes, cycle times, overdue items) and report findings to the client and QPM.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Business or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on Oracle Primavera Unifier experience, including at least one full go‑live with end‑user training.
• Strong functional knowledge of Unifier business processes, shells, cost management and both user and admin modes.
• Proven ability to design and deliver training to large, diverse user groups.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills in both Arabic and English.
