Outdoor Sales Executive

About the role

Top Performance is looking for a motivated Outdoor Sales Executive to drive growth of its automotive performance portfolio across Qatar. You will work directly with workshops, garages, fleet operators and individual enthusiasts, promoting high‑performance parts, tuning solutions and 4x4 accessories.

Key responsibilities

• Visit workshops, garages, auto service centres and fleet companies to present and sell aftermarket performance products.
• Develop and nurture relationships with existing and new customers, identifying new business opportunities.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing and follow up on sales inquiries to close deals.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business‑development objectives.
• Coordinate with internal teams on product availability, delivery schedules and customer requirements.
• Stay informed on market trends, competitor activities and new performance products.
• Represent the company professionally at client meetings, industry events and automotive gatherings.

Required profile

• Proven experience in outdoor sales within the automotive aftermarket, performance parts, car modification/tuning or 4x4 accessories sectors.
• Strong knowledge of automotive performance products, vehicle accessories, suspension, tuning or off‑road upgrades.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
• Valid Qatar driving licence (preferred) and Qatar ID (preferred).
• Arabic speaking is an advantage.
