PMO & Portfolio Coordination Consultant – CAPEX (Banking)

About the role

The PMO & Portfolio Coordination Consultant will support the Strategy PMO in portfolio reporting, CapEx planning coordination, governance follow‑up, and executive management reporting. The role requires strong hands‑on coordination, data consolidation, stakeholder follow‑up, and reporting skills to ensure accurate, timely, and actionable portfolio information across business, Finance, and PMO stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Portfolio reporting & monitoring – consolidate updates from project managers and business units, maintain dashboards and trackers, perform data‑quality reviews, prepare weekly, monthly and ad‑hoc reports, and track milestones, approvals and outstanding actions.
• CapEx planning & coordination – lead annual CapEx collection across divisions, validate submissions, track requests through governance and approval stages, reconcile data with Finance and PMO records, and produce decision packs and consumption reports.
• PMO coordination & management reporting – organize governance meetings, prepare agendas, packs and minutes, maintain action logs, develop executive presentations, analyse portfolio information and support project managers in meeting PMO requirements.

Required profile

• Strong hands‑on PMO and portfolio coordination experience.
• Ability to work with senior stakeholders across PMO, Finance and business teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel (pivot tables, lookups, reporting, data reconciliation).
• PowerPoint for executive presentations.
• Planview or similar portfolio/project management system.
• Microsoft Project.
