Power BI / Business Applications Reporting Consultant

About the role

The Power BI / Business Applications Reporting Consultant will design, develop and maintain enterprise‑level reporting and analytics solutions using Power BI, supporting a range of business applications such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Dataverse, Oracle/ERP and SQL databases.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, KPIs and executive analytics using DAX, Power Query and data modelling.
• Manage Power BI Service including workspaces, scheduled refresh, gateways, row‑level security and report publishing.
• Integrate data from Dynamics 365 CRM, Dataverse, Power Platform, SharePoint, Excel, SQL and Oracle/ERP systems.
• Extract, transform and validate data, troubleshoot refresh and connectivity issues.
• Gather business requirements, translate them into effective visualisations and support UAT, data validation and production reporting.
• Prepare data mappings, technical documentation and coordinate with business users, IT teams and vendors.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on Power BI development experience.
• Practical experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Dataverse.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with enterprise databases or Oracle/ERP systems.
• Proven ability to integrate multiple data sources into Power BI.
• Experience in business requirement gathering, stakeholder discussions, UAT and production support.
• Currently working in Qatar is strongly preferred.
