About the role
The Presales Consultant – Apple will partner with the sales team to drive growth by showcasing Apple’s technology portfolio and crafting tailored solutions for business customers. This role blends deep technical knowledge of Apple products with strong client‑facing skills.
Key responsibilities
- Provide expert‑level technical guidance on Apple hardware, software and services during sales engagements.
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations that highlight business value.
- Gather and analyse customer requirements to design customized Apple‑based solutions.
- Prepare and respond to RFPs, creating detailed technical proposals.
- Equip sales colleagues with technical documentation, tools and training on new Apple features.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field; MBA is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in pre‑sales or technical sales, preferably in technology or IT.
- Proven track record of successful client engagement and solution selling.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple projects.
