About the role
Sadou Design is seeking a proactive Procurement & Operations Coordinator to join the team in Doha. You will act as the primary liaison between internal departments and external suppliers, ensuring smooth order processing and efficient daily operations.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate purchase requests from internal teams.
- Communicate with suppliers to obtain quotations and follow up on orders.
- Track deliveries and ensure timely execution.
- Maintain accurate records of suppliers, orders, and pricing.
- Support daily operations and facilitate workflow between departments.
Required profile
- 2–4 years of experience in procurement, operations, or coordination roles.
- Strong communication skills, clear and professional.
- Highly organized with strong follow‑up abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
- Good knowledge of supply chain and procurement processes.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
