Program Manager

About the role

We are seeking a passionate and experienced professional to join our IT‑PMO team as a Program Manager. The role will drive the design, improvement and governance of our IT project portfolio, ensuring alignment with business objectives and delivering high‑quality outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Design and enhance the project management lifecycle, quality gates, assurance/compliance model and portfolio governance standards across multiple IT departments.
• Roll‑out, configure and administer PPM tools, including workflows, demand intake, portfolio hierarchy, financials, reporting, user roles and controls.
• Lead prioritisation cycles, develop scoring models, create investment scenarios, manage capacity constraints and track budget performance across the portfolio.
• Establish vendor performance frameworks (KPIs/SLAs), oversee contract governance and drive continuous improvement actions.
• Present programme status and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and lead cross‑functional change initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in project and programme management, with at least 5 years in an IT‑PMO, IT programme governance or portfolio management role.
• Proven ability to lead large, multi‑departmental initiatives and influence senior stakeholders.
• Relevant professional certifications such as PMP, PgMP, MSP or PfMP.
• Experience with Agile, SAFe or hybrid project‑management frameworks is an advantage.

• Strong knowledge of Agile and SAFe methodologies.
