Program Manager

About the role

DXC Technology is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead and execute program initiatives, ensuring delivery within budget and timeline while fostering collaboration across teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and execute program plans, meeting goals on schedule and within budget.
• Support and develop program management team members.
• Maintain effective communication with stakeholders and address inquiries.
• Assist in managing program budgets and resource allocation.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks impacting delivery.
• Clarify and document program scope, objectives, and deliverables with stakeholders.
• Maintain program documentation and prepare regular status reports.
• Assist in resource planning and allocation to ensure efficient execution.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in a similar program management role.
• Proven experience in program and project management.
• Strong abilities in program planning, execution, and team leadership.
• Continuous learner staying current with industry knowledge and technology.
• Advanced degree or certifications such as PMP or PgMP are a plus.
