Programme Performance and Reporting Analyst

About the role

SYSTRA, an engineering and consultancy group specialising in public transport and sustainable mobility, is looking for a Programme Performance and Reporting Analyst. The role sets up the programme's evidence and performance-management framework so that implementation progress and operational benefits can be measured, verified and reported credibly. It also ensures that actions are not closed just because a document was issued or a meeting held, but only when there is objective evidence that the agreed output has been implemented and the intended result is being achieved.

Key responsibilities

• Implement the programme measurement framework and define evidence requirements for action closure, including acceptance criteria.
• Set rules for reporting items as green, amber or red, backed by documented criteria.
• Develop periodic reports and associated dashboards.
• Support validation of performance measures and proposed amendments where needed.
• Ensure reports clearly separate verified facts, analysis, assumptions and unresolved matters.
• Support the steering committee and executive briefings with reliable, decision-ready information.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Engineering, Project Management or a related discipline.
• Experience in programme controls, data or management reporting.
• Experience designing measurable indicators and executive dashboards.
• Experience validating evidence rather than relying only on self-reported status.
• Strong analytical and report-writing capability.

Required skills

• Power BI or an equivalent business-intelligence platform.
• Data-governance or benefits-management certification is advantageous.
