Project Engineer – Typhoon Availability Service

About the role

The Project Engineer will support Project Management activities for the Qatar In‑Service Typhoon Availability Service at Dukhan Airbase, reporting to the Project Management Lead. The role ensures governance, performance monitoring and reporting across the delivery areas.

Key responsibilities

• Provide Project Management support to Dukhan delivery areas, including risk, opportunity, change and spend reviews.
• Develop, manage and maintain integrated program schedules and monitor contractual compliance for BAES and QEAF.
• Compile and publish regular reports, contract status reports and internal review packs.
• Manage financial information, resource manpower planning and KPI reporting for the allocated area.

Required profile

• Experienced in project control and resource demand management within an operational aircraft support environment.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to manipulate data, identify trends and produce management information.
• Fluent written and spoken English; Arabic is desirable.

Required skills

• Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence and Tableau.
• High level of MS Office knowledge, especially Excel.
• Experience with programme reporting and integrated schedule management.
