Project Manager – Building Management Systems (BMS)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the operation and maintenance of a large‑scale facility. The role combines strong technical knowledge of Building Management Systems (BMS) with proven leadership of multidisciplinary maintenance teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day operation and maintenance of a large facility.
• Lead the maintenance team to ensure efficient execution of activities on site.
• Ensure compliance with contractual requirements, client KPIs and service level agreements.
• Oversee preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance programmes.
• Review technical reports, engineering proposals, maintenance strategies and system performance analyses.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and maintain strong relationships.
• Prepare project reports and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Guarantee adherence to HSE, quality and statutory regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, including management roles.
• Proven experience managing large facilities‑management or maintenance contracts.
• Strong technical knowledge of Siemens BMS or equivalent platforms.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary maintenance teams on large sites.
• Demonstrated ability to meet client KPIs and contractual milestones.
• Excellent leadership, communication, planning and problem‑solving skills.
• Preferred: PMP certification and knowledge of HVAC, electrical, mechanical and building‑automation systems.
