Heating Air Conditioning Technician

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Heating Air Conditioning Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will install, maintain, troubleshoot and repair a wide range of HVAC systems, ensuring reliable performance and compliance with safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair split, package, VRF/VRV, and central air‑conditioning systems.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC equipment and related components.
• Diagnose electrical, mechanical and refrigeration faults and carry out necessary repairs.
• Handle refrigerant charging, leak detection, vacuuming and pressure testing.
• Read and interpret HVAC drawings, manuals and technical specifications.
• Maintain accurate service records and report equipment issues to the supervisor.
• Respond to emergency breakdowns and routine maintenance requests.
• Follow company safety procedures and keep tools and equipment in good condition.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience in HVAC installation and service.
• Ability to work safely and efficiently in an onsite environment.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills to report findings and coordinate with supervisors.
