Project Manager - Pre-Commissioning

About the role

EnerMech is seeking an experienced Project Manager – Pre‑Commissioning to lead the safe and successful delivery of specialist pre‑commissioning projects within the oil and gas sector. The role will be responsible for planning, mobilisation, technical execution, resource management, commercial performance and client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end delivery of pre‑commissioning projects, including system cleaning, chemical cleaning, flushing, hydro‑testing, drying and nitrogen services.
• Coordinate project personnel, specialist equipment, subcontractors and mobilisation activities.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, execution plans and technical documentation.
• Ensure compliance with client requirements, industry standards and EnerMech’s QHSE procedures.
• Monitor project costs, progress, variations and commercial performance.
• Maintain strong client relationships and provide leadership to project and site teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing pre‑commissioning projects within the oil and gas industry.
• Strong technical understanding of pre‑commissioning methodologies, systems and specialist services.
• Experience on onshore and/or offshore oil and gas facilities, including new‑build, brownfield or major capital projects.
• Strong project planning, commercial management and leadership skills.
• Sound knowledge of HSE requirements and operational risk management.
• Engineering qualification or relevant technical background preferred.
