Project Manager – Water Infrastructure

About the role

Stantec is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead projects related to stormwater, drainage, flood alleviation, wastewater networks, treatment plants, pumping stations, and water distribution systems. You will oversee the full project lifecycle from investigation through design, tendering, contract administration, and construction monitoring.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct investigations and feasibility studies for water‑related infrastructure.
• Develop detailed designs, tender documents, and project schedules.
• Administer contracts and monitor construction activities to ensure compliance.
• Review and verify design management plans, calculations, and hydraulic analyses.
• Evaluate technical and financial proposals and provide recommendations.

Required profile

• Minimum 15 years of relevant experience.
• Chartered Engineer status from an internationally recognised institution (preferred).
• Membership of an accredited Project Management institution is an advantage.
• Proven ability to manage heavy workloads with attention to detail.
• Strong autonomous work ethic and excellent written and spoken English.
