About the role

Basic Elements Solutions (BES) is seeking an experienced Carpenter to join its on‑site team in Doha, Qatar. You will work on a variety of commercial, residential, hospitality and institutional projects, delivering high‑quality wood structures and finishes.

Key responsibilities

• Construct, repair, and install wooden structures and fixtures.
• Execute framing and finish‑carpentry tasks according to project specifications.
• Operate power tools and hand tools safely and efficiently.
• Maintain high standards of craftsmanship and quality control.
• Follow all safety protocols and construction regulations.
• Collaborate with project teams to meet deadlines and ensure seamless project delivery.

Required profile

• Proficiency in carpentry and finish‑carpentry techniques.
• Experience using power tools and hand tools safely.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high‑quality workmanship.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and project plans.
• Capacity to work in a team‑oriented environment with minimal supervision.
• Prior experience in commercial, residential, or institutional carpentry is preferred.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in construction environments.
