Public Area Attendant – Luxury Hotel

About the role

We are seeking a Public Area Attendant to join The Ned Doha, a prestigious luxury hotel in Qatar. The role focuses on maintaining high standards of cleanliness and service across guest rooms and public areas, ensuring a warm and comfortable environment for guests.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness, product presentation, and customer care in all guest rooms and public areas.
• Service guest rooms, replenish minibars and amenities, and ensure security of guest belongings.
• Report equipment malfunctions and maintenance issues via work orders.
• Handle lost property, stock linen cupboards, and secure minibars at shift end.
• Adhere to uniform standards and maintain professional appearance.

Required profile

• Keen eye for detail to achieve high cleaning standards.
• Effective time management and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Physical stamina for prolonged standing, bending, lifting, and walking.
• Friendly, helpful demeanor to deliver excellent customer service.
• Respect for guest privacy and confidentiality.
• Awareness of safety protocols to prevent accidents.
