About the role
We are looking for a Purchasing Buyer to join Raffles & Fairmont Doha. The role supports hotel operations by sourcing, negotiating and procuring goods and services while ensuring cost efficiency, quality and timely delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Source, negotiate and procure goods and services required for hotel operations.
- Manage supplier relationships and evaluate quotations.
- Monitor inventory requirements and coordinate with internal departments.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies.
- Contribute to cost‑saving initiatives.
