Key responsibilities

• Manage outlet operations, ensuring guest service standards, product quality, inventory control, cost management, profitability, marketing initiatives, budgeting, and compliance with policies and procedures.
• Monitor service and product quality, assess guest satisfaction, address issues promptly, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement of the dining experience.
• Supervise, coach, and mentor team members; conduct performance evaluations, provide professional development, and recognize achievements to build a high‑performing team.
• Implement innovative marketing strategies, up‑selling techniques, and promotional initiatives to maximize food and beverage sales and profitability.
• Lead hiring efforts, conduct interviews, and train new team members to maintain high service standards and operational excellence.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations, ensuring the wellbeing of guests and team members.
