Retail Relations Officer

About the role

We are looking for a professional Retail Relations Officer to act as the main liaison between our organization and retail partners. The role combines stakeholder engagement, customer‑focused marketing support, and comprehensive administrative duties in a fast‑paced project environment.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain positive relationships with retail tenants, partners and other stakeholders.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all retail‑related inquiries and communications.
• Coordinate day‑to‑day operations with retail partners, ensuring smooth issue resolution.
• Support customer‑engagement initiatives, promotional campaigns and marketing activities.
• Collect feedback from retailers and customers and propose service improvements.
• Assist in planning and executing retail events and engagement programmes.
• Prepare reports, presentations and updates on retail operations.
• Provide full administrative and secretarial support to management and project teams, including calendar management, travel arrangements and document preparation.
• Maintain accurate filing systems, project documentation and handle confidential information with discretion.
• Liaise with internal departments, contractors and external stakeholders to ensure timely follow‑up on action items.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in secretarial, administrative, retail relations or customer‑engagement roles.
• Strong marketing background with experience supporting customer‑focused initiatives.
• Prior experience on large‑scale projects in Qatar or multinational organisations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
• Professional appearance, positive attitude and a customer‑oriented approach.
