Sales Consultant - Leasing

About the role

Betterhomes Qatar, a real estate agency offering luxury homes, modern apartments and commercial properties, is hiring a Sales Consultant for its Sales Division. The role covers tenant inquiries, property listings, viewings and leasing business, with immediate joiners preferred.

Key responsibilities

• Manage tenant inquiries and rental leads
• List properties and maintain accurate inventory
• Schedule and conduct property viewings
• Coordinate with landlords, tenants and internal teams
• Track leads and update CRM records
• Prepare leasing agreements and related documentation
• Follow company policies and compliance procedures
• Generate new leasing business through cold calling and outbound activity

Required profile

• 1 to 2 years of leasing or real estate experience in Qatar
• Valid Qatar ID and valid Qatar driving licence with own vehicle
• Currently based in Qatar; immediate joiners preferred
• Fluent English (Arabic or other languages are a plus)
