Sales Consultant – Lubricants (B2B)

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Consultant to drive B2B lubricant sales. You will identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and deliver value‑driven solutions that contribute to revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and lead generation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable lubricant products or services.
• Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiate contracts.
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline in CRM systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales, business development or a similar client‑facing role.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
• Goal‑oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Self‑motivated, proactive and able to work independently.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field (preferred).

Required skills

• Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting.
