Sales Executive – Restaurant Partners

About the role

Talabat, part of the Delivery Hero Group, is looking for a Sales Executive to join its team in Qatar. You will onboard new restaurant partners to the platform, manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, expand the network and drive growth in your assigned region.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new restaurant partners through cold calls, field visits and networking.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Present Talabat's value proposition, negotiate contracts and close partnership agreements.
• Ensure a smooth onboarding process by coordinating with internal teams to activate listings.
• Encourage partners to upload menu pictures and implement promotions, coupons and vouchers to grow sales.
• Collect market intelligence and competitor activity to refine sales strategies.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using CRM tools.
• Provide partner feedback to help improve the platform and services.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in field sales, preferably in e-commerce, Q-comm or FMCG.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills; self-motivated and results-driven.
• Native Arabic speaker and resident of Qatar.
• Valid driving licence and a car are a must.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems is a plus (e.g. Salesforce).
