Sales Export Manager

About the role

We are expanding our commercial presence across the Middle East and need a Sales Export Manager to drive export sales from our base in Mesaieed, Qatar. You will develop and execute sales strategies, grow key accounts and identify new business opportunities to support revenue growth and market positioning.

Key responsibilities

• Build and deliver export sales development plans based on past performance, company strategy and market trends.
• Manage and control sales activities aligned with defined objectives and targets.
• Participate in major contract discussions and negotiations with key customers.
• Create new business opportunities through networking, prospecting and customer follow‑ups.
• Support key account relationships and ensure strong customer satisfaction.
• Serve as a bridge between sales, tendering, supply chain and plant operations to align product availability, contract terms and customer requirements.
• Provide structured weekly, monthly and annual reports to management and monitor competitors and market conditions.

Required profile

• A degree in Electrical Engineering (preferred).
• Experience in the cables industry, utilities or oil & gas sector (strong plus).
• Advanced knowledge of Middle Eastern markets and business landscape.
• Proven track record in sales development and closing opportunities.
• Customer‑centric mindset with strong market awareness.
• Ability to work across global teams with operational excellence and strong communication skills.
