Sales Manager – Exhibitions & Sponsorship

About the role

The Sales Manager will lead the company’s exhibition and sponsorship sales activities, driving revenue growth across major projects. This role requires building strong client relationships and delivering exceptional service to both existing and new exhibitors.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell exhibition space and sponsorship opportunities.
• Conduct telephone and face‑to‑face sales campaigns targeting existing exhibitors and new prospects.
• Achieve and exceed revenue targets for assigned products and events.
• Develop business strategies to maximise revenue from booth and sponsorship sales.
• Identify new revenue streams beyond square‑meter sales, such as sponsorship.
• Capture sales activities in the database and produce regular progress reports.
• Monitor debt reports and support the finance team with revenue collection.
• Research market trends, gather customer feedback, attend competitor events and network within the industry.
• Collaborate with operations, marketing, finance and other internal departments to enhance client experience.
• Liaise with associations, trade bodies, agencies and industry organisations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent business experience.
• Minimum 5 years of GCC experience in the exhibition and events industry.
• Understanding of sales performance metrics.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Proficiency in managing databases and MS Office applications.
• Valid Qatar driver’s licence.

What we offer

• Salary package of QAR 15,000 – QAR 20,000 per month plus commission.
