About the role

Join Rosewood Doha, a luxury hospitality destination, as a Sales & Marketing Administrative Assistant. You will provide essential administrative support to the sales and marketing team, ensuring smooth communication and efficient handling of daily tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Answer telephone calls for the department, filter them appropriately, and take detailed messages.
• Monitor and distribute sales & marketing in‑trays and email inboxes regularly.
• Prepare cover letters for brochure responses and dispatch them.
• Type and dispatch general office correspondence and contracts, ensuring all items are stamped and mailed.
• File conference contracts, track actual and lost bookings.
• Manage Sales Managers’ diaries and stay aware of sales‑related appointments.

Required profile

• Strong organizational abilities to handle multiple inboxes and filing systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for correspondence and telephone handling.
• Attention to detail when preparing and mailing documents.
