About the role

Al Hazm seeks an experienced Security In-charge to lead safety and security operations at its luxury shopping destination. The role ensures a safe environment for patrons, tenants, and employees while upholding the mall’s high standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all security operations, develop and update protocols, emergency procedures, and risk‑management strategies.
• Monitor CCTV, alarm systems, and access control, conducting audits, risk assessments and corrective actions.
• Lead, train and schedule a team of security officers, fostering professionalism and customer‑service excellence.
• Serve as primary contact for incidents, coordinate with law enforcement and emergency services, and maintain detailed reports.
• Implement loss‑prevention measures with luxury brand tenants and advise on best practices.
• Collaborate with senior management on budgeting, strategic planning and reporting.

Required profile

• Minimum 5‑7 years security management experience, including at least 3 years in a mall, hospitality or luxury retail environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in security management or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong leadership, communication and crisis‑management abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with advanced security systems such as CCTV and access‑control platforms.
• First‑aid and emergency‑response training (preferred).
