Senior Accommodation Supervisor

About the role

The Senior Accommodation Supervisor will manage contracts, leases, and accommodations for commercial and company‑owned properties, ensuring compliance with Qatar law and municipal regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the full lifecycle of lease agreements, including negotiation, renewal, and compliance monitoring.
• Supervise daily leasing and accommodation activities, manage occupancy levels, and maintain strong tenant relationships.
• Develop pricing and leasing strategies to maximize revenue and contribute to budget planning.
• Ensure all leasing activities adhere to Qatar laws and municipal regulations, identifying and mitigating risks.
• Support the development of leasing strategies, recommend process improvements, and analyze market trends.
• Coordinate with internal departments (Finance, Legal, Operations) and external parties (tenants, vendors, service providers).

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Real Estate, Property Management, Facilities Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, with 2–3 years GCC experience preferred.
• Experience in property management or the real‑estate industry is highly desirable.
• Preferred certifications: Certified Facilities Manager (CFM), Real Estate Management Certification, Project Management Professional (PMP).
