Senior Consultant – Workflow Automation & Compliance

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Consultant to lead the design and implementation of workflow automation and compliance monitoring solutions for a central bank in Doha. The role involves building next‑generation supervision tools that integrate regulatory alerts, AML/CFT monitoring and inspection playbooks.

Key responsibilities

• Implement a workflow automation system (TeamMate or equivalent) for regulatory alerts and escalations.
• Develop and integrate a compliance monitoring system aligned with the RBS framework.
• Design automated inspection and escalation workflows.
• Create SOPs and inspection playbooks for on‑site supervision.
• Support integration of AML/CFT compliance monitoring.
• Deliver training and knowledge transfer to Central Bank staff.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of experience in compliance, audit, or regulatory supervision.
• Hands‑on experience with TeamMate or similar workflow automation platforms.
• Strong understanding of compliance monitoring systems and FinTech regulatory frameworks.
• Background in a central bank or regulatory authority is preferred.
• Professional certifications such as CFA, FRM or CAMS are a strong advantage.
