About the role
We are seeking a Senior Non-Key Expert in Digital Transformation to provide high-quality technical assistance for the EU-funded Egypt Downtown Facility project. The role focuses on the digitalisation of public institutions, e-government services, and the development of data-driven public administration processes. You will work closely with Egyptian partner entities to design and implement comprehensive digital transformation strategies.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver technical assistance for the digitalisation of public institutions and e-government services.
- Design, develop and implement digital transformation roadmaps, digital workflows and data-driven public administration solutions.
- Conduct digital maturity assessments and institutional diagnostics to identify modernization needs.
Required profile
- Master’s degree in ICT, computer science, information systems, digital transformation, public administration, engineering or a related field.
- Fluent English (C1 level); Arabic is highly desirable.
- Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in digital transformation of public sector organisations.
