Senior Frontend Engineer – Marketplace

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Frontend Engineer to shape the user interface and experience of our marketplace products. You will work closely with design and backend teams to deliver responsive, high‑performance web applications.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain web UI components using React.js and Material‑UI.
• Write unit tests and conduct code reviews to ensure quality.
• Develop new features and products in collaboration with designers and product managers.
• Implement and maintain a clean, reusable code base.
• Address performance challenges and continuously improve code quality.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of professional front‑end development experience.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, DOM manipulation, and the JavaScript object model.
• Deep understanding of React.js core principles.
• Experience with UI libraries such as Material‑UI or Ant Design.
• Experience with state‑management tools like Redux (or Recoil).
• Familiarity with React Query for data fetching and caching.
• Knowledge of modern front‑end build pipelines and performance optimization.
• Proficiency with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library).
• Effective communication skills for collaboration with cross‑functional teams.
