Senior Frontend Engineer with Solace Messaging Expertise

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Engineer with strong Frontend and Solace expertise to design, build, administer and support event‑driven messaging services across integrated platforms. The role focuses on Solace configuration, queue/topic design, reliable message delivery and production support within a Kubernetes/OKE environment, while also acting as the domain SME for the Solace messaging layer.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain event‑driven messaging services using Solace across multiple platforms.
• Perform Solace administration tasks including configuration, patching, upgrades, and queue/topic design.
• Troubleshoot message delivery failures, integration issues and bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with application teams to define messaging SLAs for critical payment and onboarding flows.
• Support design reviews, deployment validation and production support activities.
• Maintain documentation for configurations, support procedures, known issues and operational handover.
• Contribute to messaging design standards, reusable patterns and platform administration governance.

Required profile

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and within cross‑functional teams.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT or a related field.

Required skills

• Solace administration (configuration, maintenance, upgrades, queue/topic design).
• Frontend technologies: NextJs, NestJs, Angular, React.
• Kubernetes / OKE operational awareness.
• Messaging support and troubleshooting.
• Exposure to Mulesoft Anypoint Platform and Camunda BPM (good to have).
