Senior Legal Counsel

About the role

The Senior Legal Counsel will provide comprehensive legal support to our clients in Qatar, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations. The role involves advising, drafting, and managing legal documents across litigation, arbitration, and contractual matters.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and interpret Qatari laws, regulations, and judicial decisions.
• Research, draft, and review legal reports, memoranda, and advice.
• Prepare, negotiate, and revise contracts and agreements.
• Draft and manage client documents for litigation and arbitration.
• Attend client meetings, court hearings, and police investigations.
• File lawsuits, complaints, and related procedural documents.
• Maintain records of hearings, decisions, judgments, and awards.
• Coordinate with other firm counsels on case strategy and progress.
• Ensure all procedural applications are completed before deadlines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in law or higher.
• Relevant work experience in legal practice.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong typing and document preparation abilities.
• Submission of a personal statement letter and CV.
