Senior Manager – International Tax & M&A (Doha)

About the role

PWC is seeking a Senior Manager to lead its International Tax Services & M&A practice in Doha. You will guide complex cross‑border transactions, from strategic planning through execution, helping multinational clients optimise tax efficiency while complying with evolving regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Shape and expand thought leadership on international tax structuring, transaction advisory and post‑deal integration across the region.
• Oversee end‑to‑end M&A tax engagements, including due diligence, tax modelling, structuring alternatives and implementation strategies.
• Interpret complex international tax rules and local regulations, translating them into actionable strategies for large‑scale transactions.
• Design tax‑efficient structures aligned with client objectives and coordinate with finance, legal and executive stakeholders.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to C‑suite and senior leadership, providing insights on regulatory changes and market trends.
• Lead, mentor and develop multi‑disciplinary teams, ensuring high‑quality delivery in ambiguous, high‑pressure environments.
• Contribute to firm‑wide knowledge assets and market‑facing thought leadership.

Required profile
